Laughter Breath Pretend that you have just seen or heard the funniest thing in the whole world but are not allowed to laugh because of circumstances.
So you hold it in, hold it in, but suddenly you just can't hold it in anymore & it bursts out! Now breath all the way out & start giggling. This triggers a natural laughter spasm, which is so good for you! ....& so much fun! Keep laughing till you've had enough, then go back to easy breath & rest in silence! Repeat this over & over and you have Yoga-laughter Empowerment practice. It's that simple! |
